Labor Coordinator

Role Overview

This role supports day-to-day labor coordination, collaborating with Project Managers to centralize labor communication, confirmations, documentation, and enforcement of Bright AV labor standards.

What You Will Do

Source, book, and confirm freelance AV labor, maintain a national freelance labor roster, and enforce Bright AV labor standards.

Requirements

• Based in Mexico or Colombia
• 3–5+ years of experience in operations coordination, staffing, production support, or a related role
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English required)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Comfortable handling multiple priorities in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
• Confident in communicating with freelance vendors and enforcing standards professionally
• Tech-savvy with comfort using tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, spreadsheets, and scheduling systems
• Ability to work flexible hours aligned with U.S. event schedules (early mornings or evenings as needed)
