This role supports day-to-day labor coordination, collaborating with Project Managers to centralize labor communication, confirmations, documentation, and enforcement of Bright AV labor standards.
Source, book, and confirm freelance AV labor, maintain a national freelance labor roster, and enforce Bright AV labor standards.
Ideal for someone who is highly organized, assertive, responsive, and calm under pressure, with a strong ability to manage logistics, communicate clearly, and handle fast-moving situations in live production environments.
