Talent Acquisition Partner / Technical Recruiter

Bright Machines is looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the teams that power their innovation in manufacturing. The role involves full-cycle recruiting for key roles across all functions, partnering with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a startup environment
• Experience hiring and sourcing for technical roles in Mexico and the US
• Familiarity with ATS tools, specifically Lever experience
• Experience using LinkedIn or similar tools for sourcing candidates
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
• Passion for creating a thoughtful, human-centered candidate experience
