What You Will Do

Design, deploy, and operate VMware-based virtualization, software-defined networking, and software-defined storage platforms across on-premises and hybrid cloud environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Five or more years of hands-on VMware platform engineering experience.
• Deep expertise in vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
• Hands-on experience with vSAN and storage policy management.
• Experience with NSX-T or NSX-V networking.
• Strong PowerCLI scripting skills and experience with automation tooling.
• Familiarity with Tanzu Kubernetes Grid or VMware container platforms.
• Strong understanding of disaster recovery patterns and SRM.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across compute, network, and storage layers.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
