Role Overview

The SART/DVRT Program Coordinator plays a critical role in developing and maintaining a sustainable Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT) program. This role aims to improve services for adult and adolescent sexual assault and domestic violence victims through effective interagency collaboration, volunteer management, and comprehensive program oversight.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain a sustainable SART/DVRT program, coordinate interagency collaboration, collect and report data, create and maintain client files, and provide training and supervision to volunteers.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, and work well with people from diverse backgrounds
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited direction while meeting deadlines
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong organizational, detail-oriented, and flexible approach to work
• Ability to identify and respond to shifting priorities
• Flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required
• Ability to serve on an on-call, on-scene response team when appropriate
• Proficiency in operating a computer and utilizing Google applications
