
Job description
The SART/DVRT Program Coordinator plays a critical role in developing and maintaining a sustainable Sexual Assault Response Team (SART) and Domestic Violence Response Team (DVRT) program. This role aims to improve services for adult and adolescent sexual assault and domestic violence victims through effective interagency collaboration, volunteer management, and comprehensive program oversight.
Develop and maintain a sustainable SART/DVRT program, coordinate interagency collaboration, collect and report data, create and maintain client files, and provide training and supervision to volunteers.
This role requires a strong understanding of domestic violence and sexual assault, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently with limited direction. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
