Project Director

Role Overview

The Project Director oversees the planning, execution, and completion of multiple Industrial construction projects. They provide leadership to multiple project teams to ensure that all aspects of a project are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

What You Will Do

Maintain positive client relationships, determine client needs, bid solicitation, estimate project scope, cost, and duration, and plan construction operations and timelines.

20+ years' project management experience in commercial construction, knowledge of construction principles/practices, demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills, and excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. civil, architectural or construction), construction management or related field preferred
• 20+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction
• Relevant experience supporting $100+ million projects from conception to completion in diverse commercial market sectors
• Travel required for nationwide projects
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices required
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer applications including Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
