Senior Project Manager

Role Overview

The Senior Project Manager is accountable for the comprehensive planning, directing, coordinating, and financial performance of large, complex construction projects exceeding $80 million. This position involves conceptual development of construction projects and oversees the fast-paced organization, scheduling, and implementation.

What You Will Do

Execute and enforce safety standards, processes, and procedures; direct all construction activities and administrative processes; support new business development opportunities; estimate and takeoff project scope, cost, and duration; prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes, and additions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (i.e. civil, architectural or construction), construction management or related field
• 10+ years’ project management experience in commercial construction
• Relevant experience supporting $80+ million projects from conception to completion in diverse commercial market sectors
• Prior conceptual estimating and bidding experience in commercial construction
• Knowledge of construction principles/practices
• Ability to understand and solve complex challenges to present alternative solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency with computer applications including Procore, Microsoft Office suite, and SharePoint
• Proven experience implementing safety protocols
