Job description
We are seeking an exceptional Director of Operations to lead the full end-to-end operational delivery within the Brinks UK business. This is a senior, strategically critical role with genuine scope to shape operational direction, elevate service performance, and strengthen our position as a market-leading ATM and digital cash solutions provider.
Lead the full end-to-end operational delivery across various functions, shape and execute the operational strategy, drive operational efficiency, oversee engineering and technical operations, and maintain robust security, risk, and compliance frameworks.
A highly experienced operational leader with a track record of delivering performance across complex environments, background in operations-led industries, and experience operating in high-mix, lower-volume, asset-intensive or field-based environments.
