Job Description
Britsafe is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee security and cleaning services for blue-chip clients in the Yorkshire area and beyond. The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership and service delivery, client and team management, and technology and reporting.
Requirements
- Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
- Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
- Full UK driving licence and own car
