Operations Manager role overseeing security and cleaning services for blue-chip clients in financial services, distribution, and manufacturing across the Midlands and further afield.
Requirements
- Management experience in security and/or cleaning (essential)
- Front-line SIA Licence (essential)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- High IT literacy and confidence using advanced systems
- Full UK driving licence and own car
- Willingness to travel to York HQ at least once a month
