Job description
This role is responsible for governing, coordinating, and assuring the quality of infrastructure-related changes across the organization using ServiceNow. The position plays a key role in ensuring compliance, risk mitigation, operational readiness, and alignment with ITIL-based change and configuration management practices.
Validate ServiceNow infrastructure changes for compliance, documentation, and risk assessment. Coordinate planning, stakeholder alignment, and execution of infrastructure changes. Participate in Pre-CAB and CAB meetings to ensure readiness and quality.
7+ years of overall IT experience with increasing levels of responsibility. Strong experience in Change, Release, and Configuration Management (infrastructure-focused). In-depth knowledge of ITIL / ITSM processes and ServiceNow.
