Broadcom's GTO team is seeking a high-energy, visionary Principal AI Development Engineer to serve as a strategic leader and the primary architect of our AI transformation.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred)
- Minimum of 12 years of Software Engineering experience, with a proven track record of leading and delivering complex, large-scale projects
- Expert-level experience in building agentic workflows, RAG architectures, and complex orchestration
- Deep, hands-on experience in both frontend and backend development, with mastery of Python and modern enterprise-grade languages
- Expert knowledge of vector databases and the programming principles required to scale them
- High proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, and modern CI/CD patterns to ensure AI agents are production-ready
- Expert in version control, Test-Driven Development, and automated testing specifically tailored for AI outputs
