Job Description
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our Construction team. The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution and delivery of construction projects through full contract management. They are accountable for client requests, budget, quality, schedule, health and safety, and profitability.
Requirements
- Scheduling: Develop and manage project schedules for complex projects or multiple smaller projects.
- Health, Safety & Environment (HSE): Apply and enforce HSE policies; identify, report, and mitigate site risks.
- Financial: Ensure project financial control, including procurement, forecasting, profitability, and project close-out.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Develop and manage the project quality control plan.
- Risk Management: Identify, manage, and report project risks.
- People Development: Coach, develop, and mentor the team; conduct regular one-on-one meetings.
- Stakeholder Management: Maintain and develop long-term relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Contracts & Compliance: Execute contractual requirements established by the Senior PM or Project Director.
- Procurement: Manage and adjust the procurement schedule and process as required.
