
Job description
Manage the day-to-day aspects of a program, including supervising Patient Navigators, ensuring accurate record keeping, and monitoring linkage to care activities. Work with a data analyst on dissemination and poster/publication submissions.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients and employees, contribute to Performance/Quality Improvement activities, coordinate and manage project timelines, and provide project leadership.
Requires demonstrated competence in leadership/program management, relevant clinical experience, and experience handling sensitive data.
