Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor responsible for supervising, coordinating, and performing activities for the general maintenance of a multi-unit residential property of higher complexity.
Requirements
- Supervise and coordinate efforts of the maintenance staff
- Repair and maintain mechanical equipment, including heating and air conditioning
- Perform routine to difficult carpentry duties
- Perform routine to difficult electrical duties
- Perform routine to difficult plumbing duties
