Microsoft 365 Engineer

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated M365 Engineer to join our dynamic IT team. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing Microsoft365 and End User eco-system, while working on integrating that experience with various IaaS vendors. The successful candidate will ensure that these solutions meet stringent performance, scalability, security, and reliability standards.

What You Will Do

Design, construct, and maintain cloud infrastructure across various platforms, implement and oversee security and compliance measures, deliver comprehensive support for Office 365 applications, and master the art of managing and configuring Microsoft Intune.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of experience in EUC / Microsoft 365 engineering/architecture roles, demonstrated expertise in managing Office 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and related technologies, and solid knowledge of security and compliance standards within Office 365 and Intune domains.

Requirements

• Degree / Diploma with an equivalent combination of education and professional experience
• At least 5+ years of experience in EUC / Microsoft 365 engineering/architecture roles
• Demonstrated expertise in managing Office 365, Intune, Windows 10/11, and related technologies
• Solid knowledge of security and compliance standards within Office 365 and Intune domains
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities for user support and knowledge sharing
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently
