
Job description
The Portfolio Assistant delivers administrative service and support to Investment Managers, clients, introducers and responds to requests from supporting functions. This role requires a clear & precise understanding of all the processes and procedures that are undertaken within the administrative team. The role is based in London and requires a strong interest in and understanding of the financial services industry.
Act as an escalated point of contact for complex technical queries from clients, Investment Managers, and IFAs. Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, introducers, and their paraplanning teams. Respond to client and introducer queries by phone and email in a timely and professional manner.
