Job Description
Brother's Bar & Grill, Downtown Indianapolis, IN is seeking multiple Assistant Managers. The role involves overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including hiring, training, scheduling, and ensuring outstanding guest experiences. Strong leadership, communication, and inventory control skills are crucial for success.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management or supervision
- Bartending and/or Restaurant Serving experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, Excel, POS systems, and inventory software
- Full understanding of inventory control, labor management, safety management, and guest satisfaction
- Detail oriented and well-developed time management skills
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to coach, train, and teach co-workers
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds
