Job description
The I&E Supervisor oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical and instrumentation systems on industrial projects, supervising a team of technicians and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Lead a team, assign tasks, conduct performance evaluations, troubleshoot electrical and instrumentation issues, enforce safety protocols, and coordinate with project managers and other trades.
Requires strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, instrumentation, and control systems, excellent leadership and communication skills, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.
