Prepares complete estimates for assigned project(s) and determines project plans and specifications.
Reviews and incorporates historical data, estimates worker-hours and materials, reviews specifications, and maintains files of working documents.
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in the field or related area, and knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures.
