Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our growing team in Greensboro, NC. The purpose of the role is to provide prompt, efficient, and high-quality support within a high-volume insurance center, handling outbound and inbound phone calls to Quote and Bind new business policies in multiple states.
Requirements
- High school diploma
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Windows environment, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Publisher
