
Job description
The Associate Account Manager serves as the secondary service contact for the Account Manager & Producer, providing general assistance with data entry, day-to-day servicing, contract reviews, eligibility, and production of materials.
Provide general assistance to assigned Account Managers, help with client paperwork, report client enrollment changes, collect and review plan policies, and maintain documents in benefits administration portals.
This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency with MS Office Suite. The ideal candidate will have exceptional oral and written communication skills, the ability to maintain confidentiality, and prior employment or internship in an office setting.
