Communications Coordinator

Role Overview

The Communications Coordinator is responsible for a broad variety of support services for internal and external customers while in the Communication Coordinator role. Acquires a knowledge of communication skills as well as overall insurance knowledge in this role within the Employee Benefits Department.

What You Will Do

Intake/Recording of Team Projects, Maintenance of Communication Team Systems, Basic – Enhanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Basic Benefits Guide updates, Basic Open Enrollment Communications support: postcards, flyers, etc., Basic knowledge of Benefit Mobile App, Basic RFP response support

High School degree or equivalent required, Proficient with MS Office Suite, Exceptional telephone demeanor, Strong attention to detail, Good verbal and written communication skills and good grammatical skills, Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data, Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, 1+ years experience in a similar position, Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Graphic Design (preferred)
