Job description
Join our growing team in Boston, MA as a Financial Analyst. The role involves providing financial planning and analysis support, analyzing financial statements, and developing models and projections. You will partner with the DFO to support national employee benefits practice and large and specialty employee benefits responsibilities.
Consolidate and analyze financial data, prepare financial reports, and leverage data using analytics and artificial intelligence to drive revenue growth. You will also assist in budget and forecast preparation, and support ad-hoc requests from Business Partners and Employee Benefits Leadership.
We are looking for a self-starter with a strong interest in business and finance. You will have the opportunity to interact with senior leaders, travel to off-site meetings, and develop your skills in financial analysis and budgeting.
