The role requires a JD from an accredited U.S. law school, admission to practice law in at least one state, and 3-5 years of relevant experience in trademark enforcement.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school.
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state and in good standing.
- Three to five years of relevant experience in trademark enforcement, clearance, prosecution, and licensing.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, self-starting, hard-working, and collaborative on a team.
- Ability to take initiative, think independently and strategically, and exhibit sound legal and business judgment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and interpersonal, including with non-lawyers.
- Proven capacity to negotiate smartly and manage litigation and projects efficiently, including cost management.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to navigate and interact fluently online and in social media.
- Willingness to travel occasionally, sometimes internationally.
