Guest Services Tour Captain - Old Forester

Manages day-to-day tour operation for Old Forester distillery, facilitates training for Guest Services team, and leads shift meetings. Responsible for reconciling nightly deposits, conducting shift briefings, and managing liquor inventory. Leads distillery tours and tastings, and assists with group and specialty tour bookings.

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality, retail or spirits/wine industry
• 1+ year of supervisory experience or leading a team
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings
