Bruni & Campisi is seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our established and growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC installation experience, a valid Connecticut D2 / S2 License Holder, and proven leadership skills.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of HVAC installation experience
• Valid Connecticut D2 license
• Leadership skills
• Technical expertise in HVAC system installations
• Experience using Service Titan or similar software
• Blueprint and code knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Meticulous approach to installations
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment, tools, and materials
