
Job description
As a Manufacturing Engineer at Brunswick, you will use engineering principles to design, procure, install, and validate manufacturing processes. You will analyze and plan for labor utilization, equipment requirements, workflow, manufacturing space requirements, and layout for maximum efficiency. You will also interface with the development team from concept through start of production to ensure the successful launch of new products.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing manufacturing processes, analyzing and planning for labor utilization and equipment requirements, and implementing Lean Six Sigma methodology to achieve goals and improve production methods.
