Swamper

The Swamper position involves assisting the truck driver with the safe loading, unloading, and delivery of pump parts, sucker rods, and other equipment to client sites. Responsibilities include operating equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring safety compliance. This role is essential for a successful team.

Requirements

• Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements.
• Follow all environmental requirements.
• Complete all company safety training.
• Forklift Truck Certificate
• Able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Able to follow direction.
• Over 80% travel to client sites (little or no overnight)
• Ability to operate a forklift
• Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to lift and move up to 75 pounds
• Able to lift and move up to 100 pounds
• Able to safely mount and dismount from a truck
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English
