Sr. Manager, People Technology and AI Enablement

The Sr. Manager, People Technology and AI Enablement will lead a mid-size team of HR Technology professionals and serve as the functional and solution leader for Total Rewards and Payroll across the enterprise, responsible for the ownership, stability, and continuous evolution of Workday Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll.

• Leading a mid-size team of HR Technology professionals

• Leading the full product lifecycle, from strategy through execution
• Overseeing end-to-end solution delivery
• Acting as a senior leader for enterprise HR platform transformation
• Providing end-to-end system leadership for Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits
• Leading the enablement of AI-driven and AI-assisted capabilities within Workday
• Designing and delivering AI-supported use cases
• Partnering with Enterprise AI, Data, and Analytics teams
• Ensuring responsible AI adoption aligned with privacy, security, regulatory, and ethical standards
• Leading and developing a high-performing HR Technology organization
