The Talent Advisor, Senior will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle for both external and internal talent, employing innovative and proactive sourcing strategies. The role will report to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition. We are seeking a Talent Advisor with IT, high volume or healthcare experience.
In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, cultivate strong partnerships, gain comprehensive knowledge of job specifications, design customized recruitment strategies, source qualified applicants, and deliver coaching and guidance on interviewing best practices.
This role requires a Talent Advisor with IT, high volume or healthcare experience. You will need to continually update expertise in recruitment, best practices, compensation laws, employee benefits, and general human resources procedures.
