Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of recruitment experience
- Proven experience in mass hiring and blue-collar recruitment
- Knowledge of labor market trends and local blue-collar hiring channels
- Familiarity with CBI techniques and discussion group activity management
- Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job boards, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
