Billing Coordinator

Role Overview

Partner with internal clients to produce accurate client invoices, ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, and resolve billing disputes. Work in a professional services environment, using knowledge of system and workflow impacts to solve billing related issues.

What You Will Do

Produce client invoices, ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices, research and resolve billing inquiries, and resolve billing disputes. Develop relationships with internal and external clients, partners, vendors, and internal customers.

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with emphasis in accounting, finance, or a related field. 1+ year of related experience is required, with experience in accounting and professional services environments preferred.
