The Senior Counsel – Contract Intelligence and AI Integration will lead the implementation and oversight of artificial-intelligence-based contract review tools to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and risk management across the Legal Department.
Requirements
- Licensed to practice law in Texas or licensed in another state and eligible to become licensed in Texas within one year
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and risk management
- Demonstrated experience with AI-driven contract review or document automation platforms
- Proficient skill level with Microsoft Applications
- Familiarity with Lexis and Westlaw legal research tools
- Prior in-house experience preferred, especially in a high-volume contracting environment
- Strong understanding of data-privacy, confidentiality, and AI-ethics principles in legal workflows
