Job Description
Real Estate Transactional Associate: We are seeking an associate to support our Community Development Finance Practice Group in Los Angeles. Ideal candidate will have solid real estate transactional experience and strong writing skills.
Requirements
- Solid and recent real estate transactional experience, including real estate lending and/or joint venture financing
- Experience drafting senior, real estate secured loan documents and/or real estate joint venture partnership/operating agreements
- Experience reviewing title commitments, recorded documents, and surveys
- California bar admission
- Strong writing skills and excellent academic credentials
