College and Career Coordinator

We are seeking a College and Career Coordinator to join our Family Hope Center. As the College & Career Coordinator serves in a strategic function at Buckner Children and Family Services to provide support toward strategic goals and best practices for the College and Career Program for Family Hope Centers to ensure alignment with Buckner’s mission, vision, and values.

Requirements

• Collaborate with FHC Directors/Managers and Teen Coordinators to design, develop and support the implementation of a holistic College and Career program.
• Develop a College and Career curriculum with program components, best practices, tools and resources to address youth development in areas such as job and life skills; career exploration and requirements; college exploration and requirements; leadership and communication skills, character development, goal setting, and educational success.
• Manage/coordinate reporting for College & Career sites ensuring updates are completed in a timely manner, compliance is maintained and requested program reports are available.
