Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations

Buckner International is seeking a Director of Corporate and Foundation Relations to join their development team. The Director will serve as the enterprise leader for corporate and foundation philanthropy, executing multiyear fundraising strategies, managing complex funder relationships, and advising executive leadership on revenue growth and risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 10+ years of experience in donor relations and fundraising
• Current certification as a Certified Fundraising Executive preferred
• Experience in proposal writing, grant writing, and public relations laws and regulations
• Ability to plan, administer, and report budgets
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to synthesize large amounts of information and focus quickly on the essence of an issue
• Ability to function in a fast-paced, high volume, multi-faced, results-oriented work environment
