Office Manager

The General Manager at Bear Creek Family Dentistry will lead office operations, drive results through people development, and manage staff and sales growth. This role involves maintaining a positive work environment, financial performance, operational excellence, and business development to enhance the experience for patients and staff. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, skilled in customer service, and passionate about community engagement.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required
• Minimum of 3 plus years of previous dental, retail or restaurant supervisory experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, and empower staff
• Knowledge and skills in staffing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage public dealings professionally
• Ability to recognize and resolve problems
• Initiative and a proactive approach
