Requirements
- 4-5 years of management experience
- Previous restaurant General Manager experience
- Labor laws, health codes, safe food handling, and sanitation knowledge
- Responsible alcohol service, safety and security systems, and procedures knowledge
- Computer operations knowledge
- Ability to manage and direct work of others
- Champion change, and passion for training and developing team
- Ability to analyze Profit and Loss statement
