Requirements
- Proven Delivery Leadership: 8–12+ years leading complex cross-functional programs in fintech, SaaS, financial services, or enterprise environments.
- Enterprise Program Experience: Demonstrated success delivering multi-million-dollar, multi-stakeholder initiatives across technology and business domains.
- Operational Rigor: Strong command of project and program management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, or hybrid frameworks).
- Executive Communication Skills: Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders, translate operational complexity into clear business narratives, and drive decision-making.
- Risk & Dependency Management Expertise: Skilled at identifying delivery risks early and proactively mitigating cross-team bottlenecks.
- Systems Thinking: Ability to design scalable delivery frameworks, governance models, and reporting structures that evolve with the organization.
- People Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and scaling delivery or PMO teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (advanced degrees or certifications such as PMP preferred).
