Job Description
Builders FirstSource is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to represent the company and provide sales and customer service to customers. The successful candidate will develop knowledge of effective sales techniques and industry, and work closely with customers to understand their needs and match them with company products and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
- 0-2 years industry sales experience
- Effective presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal and influencing skills
- Professionalism, diplomacy and tact to portray a positive manner
- Ability to quickly develop expertise in company products, services, policies, procedures and practices
- Attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information and customer-specific information
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Valid driver's license
