Outside Sales Representative

We are Builders FirstSource, America’s largest supplier of building materials, value-added components and building services to the professional market. As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for representing the company with complex customers, understanding their needs and identifying products and services to meet these requirements. You'll also participate in leadership roles, help train and develop less experienced sales staff, and troubleshoot field issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• 2 years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
• Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
• Highly effective selling skills
• Proficiency in Office Suite
