Outside Sales Representative

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing the company with our largest and most complex customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions to meet those requirements. You will also participate in leadership roles, helping to train and develop less experienced sales staff and acting as a sales manager during your absence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field
• 2 years prior sales experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products and services
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
