Outside Sales Representative Sales - Outside Sales

We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to join our team at Builders FirstSource. As a sales representative, you will be responsible for representing the company with complex customers, understanding their needs, and identifying products and services to meet these requirements. You will also participate in a leadership role, helping train and develop less experienced members of the sales staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or related field plus two (2) years prior sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• In-depth knowledge of company products, services, production processes and product standards
• In-depth understanding of policies and procedures relating to sales and customer service
• Valid driver's license
• Proficiency in Office Suite
