Product Sales Specialist Sales - Outside Sales

Builders FirstSource is seeking a Product Sales Specialist to manage sales, supply chain, and sales support activities related to an assigned product or product line. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Management and five years of product sales experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management or related field
• Five years product sales experience
• Working knowledge of business-to-business selling
• Advanced knowledge of products or product lines
• Strong knowledge of construction industry
• High level of self-motivation
• Ability to think strategically, forecast and drive sales
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent presentation, negotiating, and influencing skills
• Ability to use tact and skill in dealing with other staff, management and vendors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and an enterprise resource planning (ERP) program
