Vice President- Internal Audit

We are seeking a Vice President- Internal Audit to lead the development and implementation of our internal auditing and Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR) programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of accounting and management controls, and will work closely with the Audit Committee and management to identify and mitigate risks.

Requirements

• Develops and implements the annual audit plan using appropriate risk-based methodology
• Oversees, documents, and advises management in designing the appropriate internal control environment for the company
• Develops and maintains strong and collaborative relationships with the Audit Committee, management, and external auditors
• Ensures that the IA department assists in the execution of the annual external audit through coordination, communication, and assistance to the external audit firm
