As the Manager of Growth Operations at Buildertrend, you'll help shape how we grow, expand, and retain customer relationships at scale. Your work will improve the systems, processes, and operating rhythms that help our Growth team identify the right opportunities, make informed decisions, and execute with precision.
Design, implement, and improve upsell and cross-sell processes that create a seamless customer experience and support revenue growth. Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement.
You'll partner with leaders across the business to turn strategy into action — using data and operational excellence to drive new customer growth and stronger business outcomes. You'll lead cross-functional programs, defining milestones, ownership, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
