Security Service Technician

Role Overview

Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance for access control, IP Video Surveillance/CCTV, intrusion detection, and PC-based systems. Maintain documentation and build customer confidence.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain security systems, maintain documentation, and resolve customer concerns.
