Security System Installation Technician

Role Overview

We're looking for a skilled Security System Installation Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll work on cutting-edge security technologies, deliver high-quality installations, and help protect our clients' people and property.

What You Will Do

Install, configure, and commission access control, CCTV, intercom, and integrated security systems. Work with leading platforms, install associated hardware, and represent BCM on job sites.

Why It Might Be a Fit

3–5 years low voltage experience, proficiency with IP video and electronic access control systems, ability to read and interpret blueprints, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Requirements

• 3–5 years low voltage experience
• 2+ years installing access control & CCTV systems
• Massachusetts D License (or in process)
• Rhode Island low voltage license a plus
• Proficiency with IP video and electronic access control systems
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
