Service Technician (BAS)

Role Overview

BCM Controls is a company that specializes in building automation, security systems, and energy services. They are looking for a Service Technician to maintain positive customer relations, perform maintenance, and respond to service calls in a quick and effective manner.

What You Will Do

The Service Technician will perform equipment troubleshooting and repair, record documentation of services provided, and maintain site back-ups and documentation. They will also build customer rapport by resolving concerns and answering questions.
