BuildOps is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Platform to help transform their industry-leading platform for commercial contractors. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, with 3+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS, and a strong understanding of enterprise software considerations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in the technology industry, with 3+ years in Product Management for B2B SaaS
- Experience in leading complex cross-cutting platform initiatives
- Experience building end-to-end product experiences, including prototyping and solution development with AI coding assistants
- Strong familiarity with enterprise software considerations (from workflows to features and to non-functional requirements)
- Mission-driven mindset, motivated by complex, real-world challenges faced by commercial subcontractors
- Experience working in a technical environment, with basic SQL skills and proficiency in analytics tools to inform decisions
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and a track record of working effectively with engineering and design in an agile environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience partnering closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, CS, Implementation, PS)
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data—both quantitative and qualitative—to shape product strategy and day-to-day prioritization
