BulkTM is hiring a Lead Maintenance Engineer to implement an exemplary PPM programme for the Bulk manufacturing maintenance process, upkeep of a CMMS, and involvement in multiple projects across the site.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in the FMCG industry or similar business handling manufacturing machinery.
- Knowledge of QRmaint or CMMS Programmes.
- Bachelor's degree (BEng or MEng) in Mechanical Engineering would be desirable.
- Significant experience handling manufacturing machinery for a similar business.
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously when needed.
- Highly organised and capable of delegating instructions effectively.
- Drive to push Bulk to becoming an industry leader in the manufacturing area.
- An honest and transparent individual with strong communication skills.
- A genuine team player, who likes to focus on their own development along with their teams.
